Enriching Skills Training Options - based on the teachings of Virginia Satir

Presentations

We make presentations to a wide range of audiences, from hospital staffs, to religious groups, to university classes, parents’ groups, etc. These presentations have been as short as 15 minutes for the hospital staff to three hours for a class.

Agency Staff Training

We offer one time trainings, as well as a series of sessions to deepen skill acquisition.

Workshops

We offer 3 hour, 5 hour, all day, and two-day trainings depending on the needs of the group.

Trainer Training

For those wishing to become trainers, we offer different forms depending upon your needs. One form that we have found effective is to have a practice group whereby persons can practice their trainer skills with each other first, before going out and offering trainings for the public.

Email Lessons

We offer lessons via email whereby a lesson is emailed to the trainee. The trainee reads the lessons, completes the assignments and emails their assignment back to the trainer for feedback. There are six basic lessons to teach the six key skills. If further lessons are desired, this can also be arranged.
